"Characters I want playable in a Smash Bros. game" について
Note: Oh snap, I didn't expect this comment to turn out so extensive...
So here are some character I would like to have as playable fighters in a Smash Bros. game:
1. Krystal:
It was quite a shock when I realized that Krystal is not in Brawl. I was totally sure she would make it in. I mean, wasn't she one of the most requested characters? It's a shame that Star Fox Adventures is almost completely absent in Brawl. From the day they announced Brawl I was looking forward to see some awesome Star Fox Adventures related stages in it, but there's absolutely nothing like that.
Some possible moves:
-Standard Special: Staff Fire Blaster
-Up Special: Staff Rocket Boost
-Down Special: Staff Ground Quake
2. Mewtwo
Do I have to say anything about it? Yes, Mewtwo was one of the weeker characters (in the eyes of certain people), but he was fun to play. And Lucario is by far no excuse for scraping Mewtwo.
3. Lyn
I think she would be a cool character to play. There are many characters with swords, but nobody with a katana.
4. Toon-Ganondorf (with two swords!!):
Oh yeah, I'm serious about him. He may look like some old warlock guy in a bathrobe, but the fight in Wind Waker against him wielding two swords was so cool.
5. Deoxys:
When they revealed Deoxys as a Poke Ball Pokemon I was a bit disapointed. I wanted him so bad as a playable character.
Some possible moves:
-Standard Special: Shadow Ball (quite obvious, I know^^)
-Side Special: Zap Cannon (just short range, like Lucario's Side Special, but with ability to stun enemies)
-Up Special: Extreme Speed
-Down Special: Change Form
Speed Form:
-Very quick, but a bit week
Attack Form:
-Strong attacks, but reduced agility
Normal Form:
-All-around stats
(not sure about the Defense Form; very slow movement and week attacks, but hard to knock off? I guess I would leave it out)
-Final Smash: Psycho Boost
6. Fierce Deity Link:
I don't think he should be a Link-clone. I'm thinking about his fighting style more like Ike's: slow movement, heavy strikes. No boomerang-throwy or bow-shooty, just brute face-to-face combat.
7. Blaziken:
Blaziken was the first that came into my mind when I was thinking about possible Pokemon.
Some possible moves:
-Side Special: Flare Blitz
-Up Special: Sky Uppercut
-Blaze Kick as Side Smash; Scratch, Slash and Double Kick as standart and heavy A-attacks
-Final Smash: Overheat
8. Female Trainer:
Before the Pokemon Trainer was revealed I just thought about Blaziken as a single character. But with the introduction of the Trainer, this idea came into my mind.
9. Saki:
Another Assist Trophy that would make a great character. He's got a laser blade, a blaster, everthing you need.
10. Gray Fox:
Not much to say about him. We all know that ninjas are cool, cyborg-ninjas even more - period!
11. Dark Samus:
Those who played Metroid Prime 2 know that her attacks are totally different from Samus' moves, so she won't be just a clone of Samus.
12. Midna
Haven't thought much about her moves, but she's such a cool character that I just want her to be playable. Maybe she can use some kind of dark magic moves.
13. Isaac:
Many people are disapointed to see him just as an assist trophy instead of as a playable character.
14. Mask-Link:
It's just an idea of mine, but I think it would work. This character would be similar to the Pokemon Trainer because of his three changeable forms.
Some posssible moves:
-Down Special: Change Mask
As Zora Link:
-Side Special: Boomerang Fins
As Goron Link:
-Standard Special: Roll Attack
As Deku Link:
-Standard Special: Bubble Blast
-Up Special: Deku Flower Helicopter
15. Bowser Jr. (with brush!):
He could use his brush to blot paint around.
16. General Scales
General Scales got totally screwed when the Star Fox universe was slapped onto the Dinosaur Planet game and thus replacing him with Andross as final boss encounter. I liked him from the beginning of the game on and when it finally came down to a showdown some giant floating spacemonkey face interfered and ruined the whole fight. Scales deserves to get more attention.
About the images:
All the picturers were editid by me. Sometimes I just had to paste the character on the right background, but mostly I also had to draw a shadow. and believe me, these shadows are hard to draw for an amateur like me. Please also note the two swords I attached to the artwork of WW-Ganondorf.
